Position: Child Protection Locum Worker
Salary: £38.50 per hour
Requirements:
- SWE (Social Work England) registration
- Substantial experience in child protection within statutory settings
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive assessments and producing detailed reports
- Demonstrated ability to formulate and implement effective intervention plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective engagement with children, families, and stakeholders
- Proven capacity to work autonomously whilst adhering to statutory guidelines and organizational protocols
- Commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices
