We are working with a Local Authority in West London that is looking for an Assistant Team Manager to manage their flourishing Referral and Assessment in Childrens Services.
They need an Assistant Team Manager that is experienced in supporting the management of a team of qualified social workers and making decisions to achieve the best outcome for both the children and families with which the team are working with. This Local Authority is known for its supportive and stable management team. They aim to build empathic, respectful and trusting relationships with colleagues, children and families within the borough to promote positive change.
You will need to have at least 1 year of experience in supervising less experienced Social Workers in Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in West London as an Assistant Team Manager.
As well as an ASYE, you also need:
• Social Work England Registration
• Social Work Qualification
• Right to Work in the UK
