Social Worker – Child Protection – Bromley
 

Role:  Social Worker
Location:  Bromley
Team:  Child Protection
Pay:  Up to £35 per hour
Contract:  Full Time Locum

We are currently working with Bromley Council who are looking for a Social Worker to join their Child Protection team in Children's Services.  This local authority need experienced practitioners to deal with complex cases and you will be working in a safe, supportive and progressive environment. We have worked with Bromley for many years and they have become an excellent borough to work for and to develop your career.

As a Social Worker in the Child Protection team in Bromley, you will need to have at least 1 year post qualifying experience in a similar team or have completed an ASYE.

To be considered as a Social Worker for this role in Bromley you will also need:

HCPC Registration 
Social Work Qualification
Recent DBS Check

You will be completing Child Protection investigations, Section 5 reports and attending court on a regular basis.  There is a duty rota in place which you will be a part of, and you will be expected to sometimes work unsociable hours as the job requires.
