Advanced Practitioner Social Worker within the Cared For Children Service!

Are you an experienced Social Worker with a passion for working intensively with children who have learning disabilities such as autism and ADHD? We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practitioner to join our Cared For Children Service team.

As an Advanced Practitioner Social Worker, you will be part of a multi-agency team committed to delivering the best possible services for children with learning disabilities. Collaborate with professionals from various disciplines and leverage your expertise to support children and their families in a meaningful way. Your contributions will be pivotal in promoting excellent outcomes for these children.

Your Role:

• Manage a small, focused caseload of 8-10 children.
• Work intensively with children who have learning disabilities, such as autism and ADHD.
• Conduct thorough and innovative assessments of need.
• Coordinate and provide appropriate services and interventions for children and their families.
• Be integral to the ongoing development of services for children with additional needs.

Requirements:

• Experience in working with children with learning disabilities.
