We are working with a Local Authority in North Central London that is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their flourishing Children in Need Services.

They need a Qualified Social Worker that is ready to help vulnerable children and their families really succeed and affect change. This Outstanding Local Authority works off of a Motivational Practice Model. There are core elements that provide a set of skills around how to communicate in a helpful way with families that leads to a plan for change. Empathy underpins any form of effective work with people and motivational practice aims to build effective working relationships with families by being able to identify their own reasons for change.

You will need at least 3 years of experience in Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in North Central London as a Qualified Social Worker.

You also need:

•    Social Work England Registration
•    Social Work Qualification
•    Right to Work in the UK
