Role Insight:
As a beacon of support, your role will encompass assessing needs, crafting tailored care plans, and coordinating a spectrum of services. Your caseload will be manageable, up to 18 children, allowing for dedicated attention to each case. Your advocacy will extend to providing direct support, coordinating respite for caregivers, and ensuring the safeguarding of the children under your care.

Your collaborative spirit will shine through as you work alongside professionals from various disciplines, including health, education, and social care, to deliver comprehensive support. Your diligence in maintaining accurate records and presenting cases to funding panels will be key to the team's success.

Skills and Experience:
- A BA(Hons) in Social Work and registration with Social Work England (SWE) are essential.
- A robust background with a minimum of three years post-qualifying experience in a Local Authority setting.
- At least one year's experience working with disabled children or young adults is crucial.
- Proficiency in handling complex cases involving mental health, learning, and physical disabilities, including autism.
- A valid driving license with business use insurance is required for this role.

Additional Requirements:
- Flexibility to work both in the office and remotely, adapting to the needs of the team and service users.
- An enhanced DBS check will be conducted.
- Immediate availability is highly desirable.
