Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of children in need, ensuring the delivery of high-quality social work services.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement effective interventions to support children and their families.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Social Work England (SWE) registration is essential.
• Proven experience in safeguarding and child protection.
• Strong assessment, planning, and intervention skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage your caseload effectively.
