Position Details:
- Location: North London
- Salary: Up to £38.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
- Contract: Locum basis
- Hybrid Working: Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid working model, combining remote work with office-based collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments of potential foster carers and providing ongoing support.
- Collaborating with external agencies and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children in care.
- Delivering training and guidance to foster carers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Providing direct support and interventions to children and young people in foster care.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with SWE registration.
- Previous experience working within fostering or children's services.
- Strong communication, assessment, and decision-making skills.
- Commitment to promoting the welfare and rights of children and young people.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
