Pay - £38.50
Location - Central London
Are you an experienced Senior Social Worker passionate about safeguarding and protecting vulnerable children? If so, a unique job opportunity awaits you in the Children Looked After Team of a local authority in central London.
The ideal candidate will have strong, up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding and the relevant legislation and be experienced in managing a caseload. You will be required to have a genuine commitment to making a difference and be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively with children and young people and their families.
The successful candidate must have a relevant Social Work qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
This role offers an attractive rate of pay of up to £38.50 per hour and the chance to work a hybrid working pattern.
In order to be considered, you must possess the following skills and experience:
- A recognised Social Work qualification and be registered with Social Work England
- Significant experience in Child Protection
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation
- Ability to work effectively with children and young people and their families
- Ability to manage your own caseload
