Role:  Qualified Social Worker

Location:  West Midlands
Team: MASH

Pay:  up to £33.30 per hour
Contract: Full-Time Locum
In the office: Hybrid

We are recruiting for a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub, based in the West Midlands, and we would love to hear from you. The successful candidate will be joining an experienced team of professionals, all dedicated to making a positive impact to the lives of vulnerable people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality, effective safeguarding services to the local community. You will ensure that all safeguarding policies and procedures are implemented, and that any safeguarding concerns are dealt with in accordance with current legislation.

To be considered, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong understanding of safeguarding guidelines. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a multi-agency environment and be able to demonstrate a commitment to working in partnership with other organisations.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience of working in a safeguarding role
• An in-depth understanding of current safeguarding legislation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience of working in a multi-agency environment
• A commitment to working in partnership with other organisations
• A desire to make a positive difference in the community
