Role: Qualified Social Worker
Location: Sussex
Team: Adults Community Mental Health
Pay: Up to £38 per hour or £35 per hour with £150 expenses per week

We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated individual to join a well-respected team of social workers in Sussex. You will be responsible for carrying out best-interest assessments in accordance with the Adult Care Act, as well as providing excellent customer service to all customers.
This is an exciting chance for a skilled and passionate social worker to make a real difference in the community and to work with vulnerable adults. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to use their experience and knowledge to ensure that the best interests of those we support are met.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A degree in social work or equivalent qualification
- At least two years' experience as a social worker
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational and time management skills
- The ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and understanding
- A commitment to and understanding of the principles of person-centred practice
This role offers an attractive hourly rate of up to £38/hr depending on experience. You will also receive a generous benefits package and flexible working hours.
