Pay:  Up to £40 per hour
Contract:  Full Time Locum

One of our leading adults services in East Berkshire is looking for an experienced Social Worker to join their Community team in Adult Services.

They need a Social Worker that is experienced in  making decisions to achieve the best outcome for both the adults and families with which the team are working with. There are lots of progression opportunities too, with regular panels in place for internal promotions. The senior managers are there to help you achieve your goals as much as you are there to help them achieve theirs.

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to build positive relationships with clients, and be confident working independently and as part of a team. You will also need experience in developing and managing plans of care, and in the assessment of individual needs.
