Qualified Social Worker – Referral and Assessment– Kent

Role:  Qualified Social Worker
Location:  Kent
Team:  Referral and Assessment
Pay:  Up to £35 per hour
Contract:  Full Time Locum

Our Local Authority client in Kent is currently looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Referral and Assessment team in Children’s Services.  This local authority is busy, but make up for this with plenty of support and guidance to ensure you stay on top of your cases.

As a Qualified Social Worker on the Referral and Assessment team in Kent, you will need to have at least 1 year post qualifying experience in a similar team or have completed an ASYE.

To be considered as a Qualified Social Worker for this role in Kent you will also need:

HCPC Registration 
Social Work Qualification
Recent DBS Check

You will be completing initial assessments according to the CAF and will sometimes be required to attend court.  There is a duty rota in place which you will be a part of, and you will be expected to sometimes work unsociable hours as the job requires.
