As a Qualified Social Worker on our Children and Families (Safeguarding) Team, you'll be a crucial part of ensuring the safety and welfare of children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold and manage a caseload of child protection and complex CIN cases
- Prepare for and attend court, providing expert testimony and thorough documentation
- Lead practitioner in child protection cases, ensuring the safety and well-being of children
- Work collaboratively with adult practitioners and other professionals as part of our multidisciplinary teams
- Address extra-familiar risks and harms, ensuring a comprehensive approach to child protection
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage with children and families effectively
