Social Worker – Child Protection – South West London

Role:  Social Worker
Location:  South West London
Team:  Child Protection
Pay:  Up to £40k per Annum plus Excellent Retention Bonus
Contract:  Permanent

Our Local Authority client in South West London is currently looking for a Social Worker to join their Child Protection team in Children’s Services.  
As a Social Worker on the Child Protection team in South West London, you will need to have at least 2 years post qualifying experience in a similar team or have completed an ASYE.

To be considered as a Social Worker for this role in South West London you will also need:

Social Work England Registration 
Social Work Qualification
Recent DBS Check

You will be completing child protection investigations and holding some cases in court proceedings. There is a duty rota in place which you will be a part of, and you will be expected to sometimes work unsociable hours as the job requires.
