Role Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience, ideally within a fostering service. Proven experience in completing fostering, connected carers, and special guardianship assessments is essential.
- Court Work and Report Writing: Demonstrated experience in court work and the ability to produce comprehensive and accurate reports.
- Training and Support: Experience in delivering and facilitating training and support groups for kinship carers. Your ability to provide guidance and support will be crucial in this role.
- Post Order Support: Some experience in post-order support work within Kinship and Special Guardianship teams.
- Panel Presentations: Competence in presenting assessments to fostering panels, showcasing your ability to communicate effectively and advocate for the needs of children and carers.
