Social Worker – Court Assessment and Intervention Team
Location: Tower Hamlets
Rate: £37.00 per hour

Join the Court Assessment and Intervention Team in Tower Hamlets and support families with complex needs in a diverse community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialist assessment and intervention services (centre-based and outreach) to families with complex needs.
• Undertake reflective, evidence-based assessments and interventions using relevant social work tools, knowledge, and theory.
• Collaborate with professionals within and across agencies to safeguard children and promote well-being in line with care plans.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and council policies to protect children and enhance their life chances.
• Offer flexible, preventative, and responsive services, including some support outside of core hours.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working with families with complex needs.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and relevant social work legislation.
• Ability to apply evidence-based practices and work collaboratively with other agencies.
