Supervising Social Worker – Independent Fostering Agency – East Anglia

Pay:  up to £50,000 per annum
Contract: Full-Time Permanent
In the office: Hybrid

We are working with an Independent Fostering Agency in East Anglia that are looking for a Senior Practitioner to join their flourishing team, who are coming up to 10 years of excellent Fostering Services. You will be providing direct support for foster carers within an extremely low and desirable caseload, which enables a high level of supervision and early intervention where necessary. 

They need a Social Worker who really understands Fostering and has a experience undertaking initial visits and completing Form F assessments, as well as a high quality of monitoring and an understanding of trauma enforced practice models. 

You will need at least 3 years of experience in Children's Fostering Services to be eligible for this post as a Supervising Social Worker.

You also need:

•    Social Work England Registration
•    Social Work Qualification
•    Right to Work in the UK
