Supervising Social Worker – Fostering Innovations Hillingdon Sponsorship Included
Location: Hillingdon, London
Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 per annum
Office Working: 2 days a week, Monday and Wednesday
Contract: Permanent
We are currently working with Fostering Innovations to find a Supervising Social Worker. With a stable management team and a mostly permanent workforce, Fostering Innovations are looking for someone with solid experience to be able to pick up a caseload and support their service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and support foster carers and connected persons carers
- Undertake fostering assessments, annual reviews and support visits
- Contribute to care planning for children in care
- Prepare reports and assessments for fostering panels and reviews
- Maintain accurate case records, ensuring statutory compliance
- Work collaboratively with children, families, colleagues, and partner agencies

Requirements
- Social Work England registration
- Social Work qualification
