We are working with a Local Authority in the Midlands that are looking for a Team Manager to join their flourishing Safeguarding and Support team in Childrens Services.
They need a Team Manager that is ready to be a key influential part of helping vulnerable children and their families really succeed and affect change. This Local Authority is known for going beyond policies and procedures, using a system of preventative measures to ensure that all involved adapt to the safety and wellbeing of any child they're working with. They need a team manager to provide clear and concise guidance to a driven team of social workers. There is a manageable caseloads for your team and there is a supportive career pathway for all staff.
You will need at least 3 years of experience in Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in the Midlands as a Team Manager.
You also need:
• Social Work England Registration
• Social Work Qualification
• Right to Work in the UK
