We seek an experienced, Children Services Team Manager to join our client in Devon. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation that is committed to providing the highest quality of care to children in care of the local authority.
The ideal candidate for this role will have an impressive track record of working in Children Services and will be passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people. You will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring that the highest standards of service are achieved.
To be successful in this position you will need to have:
- Extensive experience of working in Children Services
- HCPC registration
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team
- Proven track record in delivering excellent standards of service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with children and their families
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
In return, you will be offered a competitive salary of £48 per hour, plus the opportunity to work from home 3 days a week.
