Are you an experienced Social Worker with a passion for making a difference? We have an exciting locum opportunity for a dedicated Team Manager to lead our Assessment and Intervention Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and support to a dynamic team of social workers.
  • Oversee assessments and interventions to ensure high standards of practice.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and best practice guidelines.
  • Manage complex cases and support team members in their professional development.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care plans.


  • Social Work England registration.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an Assessment and Intervention Team.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
