Are you an experienced and passionate Team Manager ready to lead a dedicated Children in Care Team? Join our dynamic team in the heart of East Midlands and be a driving force in ensuring the well-being and positive outcomes for children in our care.

As the Team Manager of our Children in Care Team, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting a team of Social Workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to children and families. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and providing guidance to Social Workers in their day-to-day activities.
• Overseeing case management, ensuring effective assessments, and contributing to the development of support plans.
• Collaborating with internal and external partners to enhance the effectiveness of services.
