Pay:  £50,539 to £54,957

(£6,000 bonus, through £3,000 recruitment payment and £3,000 retention payment)

We are working with a Local Authority in the West Country that is looking for a Team Manager to manage their flourishing Children with Disabilities Team in Children's Services.

They need a Team Manager who is experienced in managing a team of qualified social workers and making decisions to achieve the best outcome for both the children and families with whom the team is working. This Local Authority offers regular support and supervision to ensure the social workers' voice is heard.

You will need to have at least 1 year of experience in managing or supporting the management of a team of Social Workers in Children's Services to be eligible for this post in the West Country as a Team Manager.

As well as an ASYE, you also need the following:

•    Social Work England Registration
•    Social Work Qualification
•    Right to Work in the UK
