Are you an experienced Social Work Team Manager looking for a new challenge? Families Together, a small multi-agency team within a West Midlands Local Authority, is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join their Edge of Care team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families in need.

As a Social Work Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team that works with children aged 11-15 who are on the edge of care due to significant family breakdown. Through the application of restorative practice, you will work with families to achieve greater stability, reduce risk, increase well-being, and build resilience. By promoting the involvement of children, young people, and their families in decision making, you will create opportunities to support and enable families to address their own difficulties and support children to safely live within their family networks.

In addition to the rewarding nature of the role, the pay is competitive at £41.42 per hour. Social Work England Registration is essential, and being a car driver with your own vehicle is a requirement for this position.
