Team Manager – Family Safeguarding – Surrey

Role:  Team Manager
Location:  Surrey

Pay:  Up to £47.50 per hour
Contract:  Full Time Locum


Our client in Surrey is looking for an experienced Team Manager to manage their Child Protection team in Childrens Services.

They need a Team Manager that is experienced in managing a team of qualified social workers and making decisions to achieve the best outcome for both the children and families with which the team are working with. There are lots of progression opportunities too, with regular panels in place for internal promotions. The senior managers are there to help you achieve your goals as much as you are there to help them achieve theirs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to be a part of the incredible improvement journey of the county's childrens services and contributing to the positive change, ensuring the best outcomes for the young people of Surrey. This position also offers lots of working from home with some office expectation.

You will need to have at least 1 years of experience in managing a Family Safeguarding team within Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in Surrey as a Team Manager.

You also need:

•    Social Work England Registration
•    Social Work Qualification
•    Right to Work in the UK
