An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager to join our client’s Ofsted judged ‘GOOD’ Fostering Service in the West Country.

The role will be based in Exeter you will oversee and manage the team aligned to this location. This role will be instrumental in supporting the Service Manager in delivering the Fostering Service’s Business Plan.

There is an incentive scheme in place to increase salary packages within the region of up to £45,500 per annum plus £4,500 car allowance

As a Team Manager in this Fostering Service in Exeter, you will need to have at least 4 year post qualifying experience and currently be in a similar role.

To be considered as a Team Manager for this role in Exeter you will also need:

HCPC Registration
Social Work Qualification
