Our client in Stockton is currently looking for a Team Manager to join their Fostering service on a permanent basis. This Independent Fostering Agency is in a good place with an excellent reputation and is well owned and managed. Supportive management and low caseloads are also part of their offering.

As a Team Manager for this Fostering agency in Stockton, you will need to have at least 2 years post qualifying experience as a Manager. You will also be considered if you have experience in childrens services in a Local Authority role.

To be considered as a Team Manager for this role in Stockton you will also need:

Social Work England Registration 
Social Work Qualification

You will be managing a team of Social Workers recruiting foster carers. Due to the Pandemic, home working is encouraged.
