Team Manager – Children's Services – West Midlands

Role:  Team Manager - Social Work
Location:  West Midlands
Team: Children's Services
Pay:  up to £36 per hour
Contract: Full-Time Locum
OFSTED: Good
In the office: Hybrid

We are working with a Local Authority in The West Midlands that is looking for a Social Work Team Manager to join their flourishing Children's services team in Children's Services.

They need a Team Manager that is experienced in managing a team of qualified social workers and making decisions to achieve the best outcome for both the children and families with which the team is working with. This Local Authority is known for being a safe and supportive place to work with highly creative work undertaken by a skilled and well supported workforce.

You will need to have at least 1 year of experience in managing a team of Social Workers in Children's Services to be eligible for this post in The West Midlands as a Team Manager in Social Work.

You also need:

•    Social Work England Registration
•    Social Work Qualification
•    Right to Work in the UK
