Are you an experienced Social Work Team Manager with expertise in looked after children services? Are you seeking a job which enables flexible working with a competitive salary?
We are recruiting for an exciting role as a Social Work Team Manager for a Looked After Children Service. This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, combining home and office working.
You will be responsible for managing a team of social workers, setting objectives and providing guidance and support. You will provide leadership, ensuring that the team delivers high quality, evidence-based practice and outcomes for looked after children and their families.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful team management and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will need to have a relevant Social Work Degree, as well as at least two years' experience of working in a Looked After Children Service. It is essential that you are registered with Social Work England and are up to date with the Professional Capabilities Framework.
