As a Social Work Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of social workers, overseeing cases, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to vulnerable children and families. This role offers a hybrid and flexible working arrangement, allowing you to achieve a healthy work-life balance.

To be successful in this role, you must hold a valid Social Work England Registration and possess a social work degree or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in a managerial role within a MASH team or similar setting is highly desirable.
