Now that the country is easing restrictions on social interaction and life in general, our client in Kent is looking for an experienced Team Manager to join their flourishing Family Solutions Service in Childrens Services but in the role of Practice Development.

They need a Team Manager that is ready to help improve and develop the practice of the Social Workers and Senior Practitioners. There are lots of progression opportunities too, with regular panels in place for internal promotions. The Managers are there to help you achieve your goals as much as you are there to help them achieve theirs.

You will need to have at least 12 months experience in Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in Kent for a Team Manager.

• Social Work Qualification
• Right to Work in the UK
