Are you an experienced social worker looking for a chance to develop your career further? We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join an excellent Referral and Assessment Team in West London. This is a unique opportunity to take on a hybrid working role with an attractive rate of up to £45.50 per hour.

We are looking for a qualified and registered Social Work England professional with extensive experience in a similar role. You must be an effective leader with strong interpersonal skills, able to support and motivate a team. You must also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be adept at establishing effective working relationships.

The primary responsibility of the Team Leader is to ensure the smooth running of the Referral and Assessment Team, providing guidance and support to the team members and ensuring the team is working effectively. You must be able to take on a challenging role and be able to make difficult decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for managing the team's performance and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive rate of up to £45.50 per hour, in addition to the chance to develop their career further in a hybrid working role.
