Role Responsibilities:
As the Team Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Referral and Assessment Team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing supervision, guidance, and support to team members
  • Collaborating with partner agencies and stakeholders to deliver integrated services
