Role Responsibilities:
As the Team Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Referral and Assessment Team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of dedicated social workers and support staff
- Managing referrals and assessments promptly and effectively
- Providing supervision, guidance, and support to team members
- Collaborating with partner agencies and stakeholders to deliver integrated services
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures

Requirements:
