Are you a compassionate and experienced Adult Social Worker seeking an exciting opportunity to make a difference in people's lives? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Emergency Duty Team on Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Provide urgent social work interventions for adults in crisis situations during weekends and bank holidays.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults' needs and risks, ensuring appropriate safeguarding measures are in place.
• Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to coordinate support and services for vulnerable adults.
• Respond promptly and effectively to safeguarding concerns and emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of service users.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interventions, assessments, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England 
• Demonstrated experience working within Adult Social Care, preferably in emergency or crisis settings.
• Strong assessment and decision-making skills, with the ability to work autonomously under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with service users, families, and professionals.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures relating to adult safeguarding and social care.
